I have chronic gastritis, I'm on fire. I can eat a bit but celery juice Burnes my stomach. I've changed my diet and is taking some natural products. But nothing has worked so far. The worst thing is I have no energy because I can't absorb anything. Lost 10 lb already. I was diagnosed with H pylori, about two months ago, and the biopsy from my endoscopy shows I have no sign of it. But I still have the symptoms, after taking the triple therapy treatment, I felt like my stomach became raw. I pray everyday for god to give me strength to keep going.

Potatoes are an amazing amazing food. Whenever anyone in my family has ever gotten gastritis, we drink potato juice. We just blend it, and strain out the water, and drink the water. Its such a blessing, healing, soothing drink - works instantly and also heals the stomach long term. My dad actually healed his gastritis with cabbage and potato juice, many years ago. Highly recommend.

I eat simple mashed boiled potato gravy with one boiled egg. Of course I take it with rice ( rice is our staple). Cools my stomach as a cucumber. Others include, steamed or boiled okra and boiled veggies like cabbage, squash, green beans etc. I also have fermented fish and beans in my diet as they have good bacteria in them. I drink ash gourd & cabbage juice daily. My sources of protein are petite yellow lentils, fish and eggs (boiled or lightly fried in butter). No chicken yet (I will wait). And I drink lots of water or boiled veggie water throughout the day. The key is to have small meals.
Plus I'm under homeopathy treatment. I used to take pantoprazole tabs every morning, I've stopped taking it since they lower my stomach acid and I don't want that. I take antacid tab only and only if I start having uncomfortable burning sensation in the middle of the night. You need good sleep too. Take walks in the early morning fresh air and do breathing exercise ( I'm currently doing the Wim Hof exercise ❤️). Helps alot.

I had H Pylori for two months without treatment after a panic visit to ER. It took two months to see Gastro. Main Dr would only prescribe antiacids. After 10 days of antibiotics, I figure out I must have gastritis. Looked around and just last Friday (3 days ago) I started blending a small potato, cabbage leaves, drain and use water, add aloe vera, and papaya. It works wonders! I am on my 3rd day and I can feel the difference big time. Very little indigestion, going to the restroom normal, a lot less heart palpitations and dizziness. I have changed my diet to no lactose no dairy, no gluten, no alcohol, no coffee. I am taking a glass of the juice cocktail twice a day: in the morning 1/2 hour before breakfast and at night 1 hour before going to bed. I don't trust the Doctors in the US anymore. They are train to manage pain/illness/prescribe pills; not to cure.

In a day my severe stabbing pain went away as I follow ur advise.. I don’t Consume dairy, meat, eggs, tea ever but ur video made lots of sense and once followed saw the change in a day ! I started my day with aloe juice,
Cucumber juice and salad.. pain went away .. after eating cooked meal like lentil soup, I felt bloated and next day didn’t get bowl movement .. we were out of town so I followed my best morning with lemon water and then plenty of watermelon and lunch green salad .. passed my stool and just had 2 bananas .. feeling gr8 and absolutely no pain ! So I believe I don’t need protein or fat diet right now … I have ordered ur 7 days gut challenge and diet and recipe and also ordered B12, D3 and zinc supplement as mine is only 310 and D3 is very low less then 4 only ! I am so blessed to have u in my life ! Ur knowledge is helping me and my patient a lot too! Thanks a lot !🙏🏽

Made it again worse.

A couple months ago i felt my stomach constantly, now it’s normal.
It’s bin a long way already, but not yet where i need to be. Keep going

watermelon, avocado and bananas have eased my pains, and 16 hours of fasting everyday during the healing period, with chamomile tea as well.

My no. 1 tip: Don't overeat! For me, it is often just the quantity of food that is the problem, not the particular foods.

For me the best foods are: potatoes, fennel, chicory, banana, blue berries, yoghurt, tofu, raisins, pekan nuts, avocado, egg, spinach, cottage cheese, beetroot and salmon (which I lately introduced cause I’ve been a vegetarian all my life)

Slippery elm has helped me tremendously! I eat Whole Foods only, nothing processed . Oatmeal, potatoes, buckwheat, steamed carrots and broccoli. I read in an old book that PROPOLIS heals gastritis!

Cabbage does magics, but I get always a lot of burps from it. Similar to Ginger and Garlic. I love these veggies, but I think I might have sulfur intolerance. I learned how to manage my symptoms well, cause doctors were not helpful, I turned into Nutrition and educated myself from scratch. My life quality is much better now, but I couldn't fully defeat the problem.😢

I love your content. I truly believe in 'Food it Medicine' mantra. Go, go Peggy!

So the gist is : 1- Celery juice first thing in the morning 16 ounce 470 ml
2- Coconut water 2 cups a day
3 Aloe Vera juice ( blend 2 spoons of aloe gel with a cup of water)

You made this very simple for me. Bananas also are helpful to me. Tea - Chamomile w/honey or Slippery Elm Tea
1. Celery juice
2. Sweet potatoes
3. Fennel
4. Cooked cabbage

Why is dairy bad? Plain yogurt helps. Also cabbage causes more gas and that's what I'm trying to avoid so I stopped eating cruciferous vegetables. I totally agree with potatoes and celery juice. I have acute gastritis and I'm slowly getting better.

Vegetable soup loaded with cabbage and seasoned with herbs helps me every time I have a flare up, and also avoid too cold or hot drinks, everything has to be warm or room temperature.
