I love your channel! My mom and I have been going to the gym together every now and then, since I graduated high school. I live have relocated a few times since I graduated college and Covid made working out hard. I found your channel and my mom have been working out via FaceTime for a while now. We love your channel. Wow! I am dripping with sweat... I had to modify a bit...I did the push-up rows on my knees and used lighter weights on some of the exercises... but I did it! Ok I must confess I also did the total body AMRAP a few hours ago -) HR videos are the highlight of my day every day! Merci from Los Angeles xoxo

A golden glow sweaty Metcon for Monday morning!!! Loved this sequence...just three moves in each series. Kept me interested and engaged. So appreciate getting to sweat breathe and strengthen in just 30 minutes. More and More and More please and thank you.
