Wall Sit + Curl

15:00 Metcon Circuit Two (50s work + 10s rest x2 rounds)
Speed Ladder
Rocket Push Up
Lunge, Curl + Press (R)

Thank you, Heather, for answering my question yesterday. I am proud of myself. I am on day 27 and I feel happy because I was able to overcome myself and start this program to get rid of excess weight. This is wonderful, and when I finish it, I will start another 12 weeks of the 2.0 program.

Wow Heather, you’ve outdone yourself! I loved this full body metcon with bursts of cardio and plyometrics. The ten second transitions were an adjustment, but I appreciated how they kept my heart rate up. The warm-up felt especially good too, I loved the twists. I can’t get enough of these 30 minute workouts. Thank you!

Six weeks already! I find it easier to introduce a constant duration workout in my daily program... And to progressively make a change in my lifestyle. Now I am eager to start my day with a good workout ! Thank you.
