what a good job you do. your videos are spectacular. I have seen many videos of assemblies of different scooter units but none like yours. My respect for you because you do assembly work as if it were a factory, everything explained in detail without forgetting anything. my greetings

Never forget to use " aviation gasket varnish " on the crankcase gaskets.
Just put a super thin coat on both sides of the gaskets before installing.
When GY6s go to belly leaking : its the death of them.
The gasket varnish glues the gaskets to the case slices on both sides.
You dont need to super torque the little bolts trying to get the belly leaks to quit weaping neither.
Then the only leaks youll get is simple crankseals.

The gasket you said to not get oil on I cover gaskets like that in oil so they do not stick for later service . unless I feel it is for the long haul then they would be covered in thin coat of sealant

I was wondering, since casting iron might be produce imbalance centrifugal force on the stock driving pulley, will it be able to gain more significance improvement if the driving or driven pulley is put into balancing machine? I was looking for an answer but nobody does this research, i hope you see this. Thanks man! From: indonesia

What do you do with the new head? Sell it, give to owner or what? I never subscribe to anyone unless I like them so I gave you the finger and you should already know which one it is!
Out of curiosity what do you think about the Honda 150cc engines in scooters? Also I don't ask questions on people I don't like! Instead I point out where they're wrong.

I see a timing plug! I think! is there a adjustable electric part so you can drill and move the pick up advanced and adjust for max power. I have seen cars go from slow to spinning tires with nothing but timing

In another video you called the pair system pcv it is egr is it not? The pcv would be the line from the valve cover but without the valve. You could install a valve for more consistent carb
