Yes the stud spacing is 57mm. This cylinder requires the use of b cases. the bore size is 67mm

just bought a NEW ruckus and dont wanna waste my time and money on pitty 1, 2, 3, 4 mph upgrades. was thinking about monstergy6DOTcom 178cc engine but after seeing this i know who ill be calling ;^) very interested in your Giant gy6 232cc for my ruckus. looking for a strait up bolt on kit ie: harness, engine, everything!

Watched a few videos of you showing these kits, just to clear something up those pistons are not billet alum, billet are machined from a block of aluminum. They may be forged but surely not billet.

ive been into lambrettas for over 40 years now. I've had every engine upgrade ever made. I'm still lined TS 230 long stroke now. fast. but my engine builds are expensive. my TS cost me nearly 4k in parts. exhaust and carb . plug n play. I've been looking into building a GY6 and this is the top end I'd use. what crank is best. drive/clutch etc. money isn't an issue or ability. in fact I can't believe how cheap the parts are for GY6 engines. my barrel cost £700 after steel lined. piston £140, so these prices are great. so is the quality of the parts I've actually handled..so crank and drive. what you reckon. I'm looking at 90+ mph.

Im looking for a cam and big bore kit for a dongfang 200cc. Think its a 170 actual cc. What do i need to make it fun. Right now its like a pedal car. Ive deleted air box. 30 mm carb jets free flow air filter. All electronics. And muffler opened up. Goy the heavier var weights and clutch springs. But they are not going to do what i want

You know what would be cool to do is take one NE5 whizzer cuzzer engine pull the jug off the whizzer engine and take out the sleeve and take of these kits and get a sleeve puller and take the sleeve out of one of these kits and bore out the 138cc whizzer engine and make it into a monster 216cc whizzer engine by putting a 216cc sleeve in the whizzer flathead engine and bore out the case of the whizzer to fit the gy6 216cc sleeve to make from 3hp to a whoping 12hp whizzer engine

The only way is to Measure the cylinder. A 150cc is 58mm.

Seems like a good choice to start for $2300 is the RUCKSTERS FATTY KIT w/rPRO DRAGSTER kit with a 5 spoke wheel style and their $850 front brake assembly. Now i just need a busted ass ruckus with a blown engine lol. Ill check out your site and see what you offer too. I kinda want to work on the engine 125cc is not enough...

Sir waht can u say bout my gy6 . I change the block and piston in to 59mm but there's a problem when i accelerate it to the top but the speed stiil slow. Wht shoud i do . I change also the carburator into 155. But the volve didn't change it.
