Definitely do a 49/17 gear up kit! This opens up your range that you cvt works with. Add red contra spring and red clutch springs with the stickiest clutch you can find and the lightest clutch bell you can find. 5 gram Dr pulley sliders. 89mm variator. 24mm carb and intake manifold from 150cc. Stock pilot jet from stock carb. 125 main jet. 52mm bbk. 52mm head with oversized valves. CR7HIX spark plug. Orange coil. Blue Cdi. I see you already have the exhaust and air filter. This setup has me going 59mph so far. Beats my 150 off the line. My 150 quantum only has a higher top speed. My 150 can’t catch this build otherwise.

reliability and gas time to lower that thing, some sick nasty paint job, some wild musical horn, and a bosozoku style exhaust lmao!!! Oh, and a sound system is a must of course.

I know the cold is coming, but I love the content! Lets keep that mod list going till it gets here!

I’ve done a bbk along with every performance upgrade I could find online. Carb with upgraded jets. CDI, Cam, exhaust and air filter, Etc. I was able to get my scooter with 13” rims to go over 60mph. Did the same thing on a scooter with 10” rims and it tops out at around 45-50mph.

My dad and I put a 110cc kit on a Chinese moped and it lasted 4 years of constant beatings, and it topped out at 53mph. Unfortunately we spun the rod bearing last year

I really think people getting life cut on their engines is due to them doing a crap job taking care of it. I would love to see you do a budget wideband.

I agree with you Big bore kit I have no problems at all I've got so much low-end power to get me out of trouble anybody that disagrees with it you need your head examined it's not like you're buying a $50, 000 car

The one thing I hear about the big bore kits is that they shorten the life of your engine but never find any photos or videos of such failures caused by them. I'd say the life of the stock 49cc engine will be shorted just as much if not more considering how hard you have to run it just to get to 30 MPH if it'll even do that while stock.

The 50cc engine is plenty fast imo. Go around me if not I couldn’t even care 😂😂😂 SCOOTLIFE BABY!

Honestly, the gas mileage was something that I was wondering about, cause i'm considering a bbk. but like, if nothing else it seems like your scooter may be running better than it was (speed wise not included)?
As far as dumping money into it, like...my scooter has almost 6k miles on it already. I figure at worst if i blow the engine in it, i can shell out $350 and just get a new engine that's already a 150cc, and have a friend weld new mounts on. frame and plastics are still really good on it, why not keep it going?

Do a oil change at about 200miles lets the bits of running in metal out.

Folks use the stock air box tube, then bolt a $5 carbon fiber cone, next a nice ex for $45, both from Temu

i have a 50cc liberty 4t, i was wondering if its worth it to invest 300 euros worth of equipment to make it better, a 80cc bore kit, carburetor, exhaust system etc...
