Per Giant Pancake: 465 calories

Pancake Mix👇🏽
- 120g 0% Greek yoghurt (brand: Fage)
- 2 large eggs
- 40g plain flour
- tsp baking powder
- tsp baking soda
- 30g vanilla protein powder (I get mine from @proteinworks 💪)
- pinch of salt (optional to enhance flavours)
- 10g unsalted butter to cook in (optional - you can also use 0 cal spray)

Optional Topping Choices 🍓
- sugar free maple syrup (also from @proteinworks)
- berries and fat free whipped cream
- lemon juice & granulated 0 cal sweetener

Blend the mixture till batter smooth, don’t over blend to keep the pancake fluffy! 🥞

A great high protein option for breakfast if you’re craving something sweet! High volume and low calorie! 💪

I struggle to flip it without it breaking because its so heavy on all sides. Is there a way around this?

Or you could just eat meat and eggs... no need to have a bunch of flour.
