Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., asked Attorney General nominee William Barr whether he'd commit to "seeking and following" the advice of ethics officials at the Justice Department on whether he must recuse himself from the Robert Mueller's Russia investigation.
Barr told the senator that he'd seek the advice from the ethics officials, "but under the regulations, I make the decision as head of the agency as to my own recusal."
