Good tips...those lattes and frapps can do a lot of damage. Before I got rid of dairy a few years ago I used to love getting these out...but I think these were a big reason that I put on some weight. Now I do home made plant milk based lattes; much healthier and a ton cheaper...delicious and no guilt. I was able to get rid of the weight after I 'quit' milk [I was a hard core ice cream a holic] and buckled down on other junk too. Thanks for posting!
