Thank you. This has been the best video on breathing that I ever looked at.
My technique is quite good, and cardio is good. Yet I have always struggled with breathing in a relaxed way.

How to be habitual to take breathe sideways. ? I mean, with side ways movement, pool water gets into the mouth.

I had another issue.... in freestyle When exhaling in water i get some water in nose. I have to more practice. In breastroke i managed already.
