easy stick drift fix

Warning: As the stick drift gets worse, with this fix - you will eventually run out of range to move and this becomes ineffective - but it can get you a little bit longer with your controller before it needs fixing or replacing. Hope this helps someone!

Unfortunately not all games have that setting which is unfortunate because not everyone holds and applies the same hand dexterity to a controller.

Just open your controller and figure out which one has a damaged or worn out potentiometer and replace the little circle piece with the metal ring on it. Did this on my ps5 controller and fixed it fast and easy. There’s plenty of videos that teach you how to do it also

Thank you my controller kept drifting and i did this method and it worked. Ps i was working for at least a half and hour

What I did was popped the top off, used alcohol to clean the analog joystick modules underneath, and put breakfree clp on it, you could also use silicone oil but I would personally advise against it, do not use ANYTHING that is a solvent, only use non conductive, non solvent lubricants, preferably ones that won't gum up

Will this still work for me because my left stick cants go downwards but everything else works but i cant just go down with the left stick. 😢
