Must Haves for any Guitar Player:
Are you a beginner guitar player? Learn how to play an F major open chord with this video. F is a difficult chord to master, so try not to get frustrated if you don't get the hang of it right away.
Let's talk about F. F is a very hard chord, and in the beginning it can be very frustrating to make. So the first thing you have to do with your 1st finger is you have to play 2 strings both on the 1st fret on the 1st and 2nd string - and that's the hard part right there. The other 2 are your 2nd finger is going to play the 3rd string, 2nd fret; and your 3rd finger is going to play the 4th string, 3rd fret. And here you also have to be careful when you strum that you only hit these last 4 to get the full sound. Now, when I first started I could never get that 1st string to come out. That takes a lot of practice - I wouldn't worry about that. Let's just try to get as many as you can and eventually it'll fall into place. And there you go, F major.
