thanks. I used to do the shoulder taps couple years ago. that routine with the elastic band, thats new to me

If shoulder is most vulnerable joint in our body because of it's immense mobility, does that mean bad shoulder mobility results in higher shoulder stability that results in lower injury risk? Since started working on my shoulder mobility my shoulders feel like glass.

Hi guys. Good contents. I'd like to ask, is it better to do these exercises before or after workouts?

I've been doing barbell linear progression on bench and overhead press. I'm getting stronger but have noticed some shoulder instability so I want to incorporate these exercises to strengthen the joints. When do I do these? Before barbell workout? After? Thanks!!
