Do you pull your shoulder back when rotating on the floor? Or you keep active protraction through the movement?

What is the significance of bringing the top leg into that angle? I have done these before but not brought the top knee that high towards the torso. Does that make a difference with effectiveness?

Hello guys, have been going through pain for like six months .feel headache, muscle pains and cramps whenever i do my workout in the or even push ups, have gone to hospital seen doctor but the doctors did some blood test, and they told me there was nothing.they gave me some medication but still some issues when I carry out my normal exercises, push ups and gym workout.need some help
