Having an internal drive to succeed. That is who you want on your team. It’s that burning desire to never give up through good times and bad at work. I was never into team building events It always felt like forced play with people we spend a ton of time with already. That didn’t motivate me. Giving a random day off once in a while means a lot to help burnout. Being appreciated for a job well done goes a long way. After a grueling project or quarter take a small break to just breathe. Even if it’s 1 week off. Everyone needs to decompress before beginning again. Just dreaming I guess... ☮️💕
