Maybe these guys do it differently, but I'm sick of tech companies complaining that they can't get talent. There is so much to go around... they just reject everyone. Either they ask some stupid interview coding question that would never come up in a real-world situation (which most people fail), or they deem you unfit for their "company culture". Then they complain about how it's so hard to find developers.

For me, having gone trough the hiring process at Nomanini was one of many things I learned during my time there. For me this was the first time to be interviewed remotely, and to this day it was the best interview I had. I'm joining a startup next month and taking over responsibility to hire new devs, I will surely copy a lot of your process! Cheers and all the best to all the Nomaninites!
