After watching video what hit me was how “rare” your “Company Culture” is.

It is clear you operate with defined purpose, principles and values setting the foundation of your company’s culture and strategic implementation.

Clearly your organization works on both individual/teamwork, guess what I would call “interdependence” on each other.

You and your team are purpose driven, I admire/ respect that.

Looking from outside your organization the potential problems I see are not directly your team members, but their lives outside of work.

Your organization appears to share culture similar to the US Military, at least when I was in.

While there were many good things about the US Navy, I didn’t make a career because of “petty things” and I found work shortly after I got out and actually did 30 years before I “retired”.

If I was younger, had no purposes of my own that I am pursuing and no relationships complicating my life, becoming part of your organization would be an opportunity of a lifetime.

I look forward to your videos everyday and when I start making my own, I will share with you, hopefully I will add value to your life and everyone else.

I do hand to hand Deliveries in Windhoek Namibia with electric Motorbike. I have 22 customers that hire my service. I do this from 2007 July and am close to my second million dollars.
I enjoy what I do, Motorbike driving is my hobby, my hobby is my work.

Oh dan this is amazing! I am one of those people that keep asking about working for You!
I completely understand about culture, it’s like a vibe you get from certain people that you connect with and I think this is the same for when you work for people. And you hire worldwide! I am based in the U.K.- and great that you hire based on attitude. I also get the fact that you don’t just clock off at a certain time. I would be totally dedicated. I’ve seen people that say I don’t get paid enough to do that. I’ve always thought of it as learning more and developing myself. I mean you’re all about personal development and this is what I love. I love the fact that you don’t hire on a resume and you don’t like HR, Talent Aquisition is so much better. And I follow you on social media too 👍🏻 so far I am fitting in with everything you say.
