And just for the older guys here, its not too late dont believe society, im 39 this year steriod free and dam the last couple weeks ive been making gains like i use to at 25 when i was on gear, i literally thought i was too old to get the crazy gains quickly like i use to but dam atm im not the strongest ive been but im the dam best feeling at gym i ever felt i thought i would have needed trt but nope ill do that in another 10 years
