In Day 3 of the Complete Chair Yoga Journey, we focus on Joint Health by warming and opening all the joints.This is a wonderful practice to do in the morning to loosen up for the day. Next, for the breath work portion, we practice breath awareness. Moving through the parts of the torso being aware of how the body moves with the breath and any areas where we can improve. Lastly, we finish with a short relaxation focusing on the breath sensations.
