As a new rider who's having trouble stalling from stops/uphills. This was incredibly helpful. Thanks!

New rider here. Thank you so much for this video! I've been so scared that revving the bike will send me flying before I'm ready and I just needed a gentle reminder that the bike will not move if the clutch is pulled back all the way! Thank you for explaining it in a way I understood! Just practiced stopping and starting for 20 minutes and didn't stall out once! Still have some practicing to do, but my anxiety has been eased quite a bit! Thank you again!

@5:29 "You control the speed that you take off with the rate that you disengage" RPM should be above 4K to avoid stalling. THANK YOU SO MUCH

This video is the best because you mention that you can give quite a bit of throttle as long as you've got your friction zone down. I got a new cruiser and kept stalling out, especially when starting from a stop, because I was being conservative with the throttle. I bet a lot of beginners stall for the same reason, and other videos on this don't demystify the throttle like you did. Now I don't stall anymore! You're the best!

Very helpful. Your content has taken me from a beginner to intermediate rider in just two weeks. Stalling at red lights in traffic has been my weakness.

This was a big help bro! What I was doing earlier was I was putting my bike in first gear then letting out the clutch bar all the way out. Did not realize that it was to be within the "friction zone" to prevent stall. This was a big struggle for me so thanks for the video man!

So needed this bro. I'm a noob. And this is one of my biggest headaches. Coming to a quick sudden stop on a 4 lane highway in NYC for a beginner is scary as hell. I'm gonna practice this on my ninja 300

it should be mandatory that all parking lots have those solar panel covers! They cover your car from UV light and rain but produce electricity at the same time! No bad news!

5:14 You can do that?? That’s a game changer lol. I just took my course this weekend. I wish I knew about that lol. I was stalling a fair amount. First time on a bike.

As a new rider my brain is my worst enemy. After watching this I've subconsciously started to release the clutch slower, helping with taking off quicker. Very helpful video 👍

This is by far the best explanation of how to use the clutch Ive had, much appreciated. I just couldn't get my head around why I was stalling

Thanks. So frustrating. Never thought I would fear a stop sign of light so much. I’m always been told never apply throttle before bike start moving. But no matter how slow I let out on the clutch I find the bike stalling. Smdh.
But only reason I YouTubed it is because I knew it wasn’t noob mastery but I was missing a step.
Will give this a go. Thanks again.

I got my first bike yesterday. I’ve been stalling a little bit or taking awhile to get going. This was helpful

Thanks for making this tutorial, this is the first one I have watched that really made me understand the clutch friction zone and it's relation to acceleration. Thanks friend!

Cannot thank you enough. Had everything thing down except the taking off part and now I'm a PRO. All Love Man

This is the best video on this subject. I’ve struggled with stalling since I started riding. I recently got a new bike and it started stalling, so I’m having to retrain myself on the friction zone stuff. It probably doesn’t help that this particular bike likes to live in the higher revs (Husky single cylinder 689) but this video helped a lot.

Also, loved your opening comment that you are all geared up, even on a 100 degree day.  Gives me the shivers to see my much younger riding brothers going around in full squid mode: t-shirt, shorts, tennis shoes, bare hands.  Recently saw a comment on some rider site: "I'd rather sweat than bleed."
