Take raw almonds and spray with olive oil and sprinkle with cinnamon and bake on 250 degrees for 10 minutes. Great snack!!

I am low-carb, not keto, but I keep my ingredients super clean and I want to thank you for this Mayra! I agree with you, we have to weigh our options and find what is sustainable long term. Some ingredients may not be the cleanest but they are still a step in the right direction compared to our previous lifestyle! You have been so helpful to me and my journey. Walmart keeps a lot of their low carb/keto protein-snack bars in the health section, near vitamins and protein powders. They carry lots of Atkins, Slim Fast, Quest and Equate options! Not clean, but tasty!

At Walmart the low carb snack bars (Quest and Atkins) are in the pharmacy area. Quest Chips are also in the pharmacy area.

I love that Mayra has an open mindset to food instead of the strict lifestyle that some people do. You want Keto, be Keto; you want clean, be clean. But it doesn’t hurt to go off plan once in while and finding the healthiest options for off plan days if great instead of just diving into a bag of chips or Oreos. Let’s be real folks. Thanks Mayra, for giving us options and letting us know what is clean and low carb vs what isn’t clean, but still low carb. I appreciate your input. Loosing weight doesn’t have to be strict. Just listen to your body people.

Mayra, thank you for keeping it real. Doing low carb and no sugar but there are moments when you have to live your life. My favorite Popcorn is "Lesser Evil" made with sea salt and coconut oil. So good and healthy.

I love these types of videos because it gives me some options to snack on. Right now I am focused on getting down to a healthy weight and avoid getting diabetes. For me that means watching my sugar intake. I am interested in that sugar free jello and the sugar free chocolate sauce. I do occasionally have a craving for hot chocalate.

Mayra the Quest chips and other Keto snack are near the vitamin aisle and nutritional shakes at Walmart, thank you for sharing. I have diabetes and I’m learning to count carbs. And you have helped me find healthier low carbs options.

As someone who's eaten a low carb diet (12 carbs per day) for thirty years and I eat perhaps three of the foods she showed and there's no way I'd eat the others. I tend to snack on things like celery, cream cheese, olives, pickled vegetables, pork skins, nuts and seeds, dark chocolate, home made cheese crisps, zero carb jerky links, the occasional atkins bar, cheese, boiled eggs, zero carb meats like turkey or chicken, canned beef, or fish, half a small avocado, Chappel hill links that I smoke and freeze so I can heat one up and roll it in a low carb tortilla for a filling snack. I tend to stay away from most of the highly processed foods regardless of the ingredients. Most of it can be made at home without all the additives.

I love Myra.
I also live in almond country in Central California. During drought years Blue Diamond dug their mega wells that sucked houses and small farms dry so they could get the water they needed to expand their profits. My sister's well was sucked dry by Blue Diamond. Imagine your life with no water. Eventually she was able to get a deeper well dug, but she had the money. Imagine the poor people who can't afford it. No water on their property, period. In 2023 America.

The drought has eased now and the wells are replenished with groundwater. But what happens with the next drought, and there will be one? Blue Diamond will just say so what, we need our corporate profits. You little people be damned. We'll take your water, because we can.

Please stop buying Blue Diamond.

I just made a little sf banana cream pudding mixed with a little cream cheese, Greek yogurt and a touch of stevia. ( I only mixed in a couple teaspoons of the dry pudding mix) Gonna top it with some Keto granola. I’ll have it tonight while our other guests enjoy a full sugar high carb double chocolate cream pie. 😀

The only snacks I get at Walmart are Walnut halves in bakery section, Pork Rinds, Precooked Bacon, plus I mix the Jello sugar free pudding with Chobani zero sugar yogurt.

I do low carb, not necessarily Keto so I really appreciate your videos! Just an FYI, the Indiana Popcorn (Butter flavored) is a great low carb almost 3 cups of the popcorn, it’s only 8 net carbs! And it’s honestly DELICIOUS!!!
