Eating late at night is not always healthy. Choosing healthy food at night is important for more than just nutrition, however. My legs are really fat, can you make a video about how can I loose legs fat. I don't feel comfortable with my two legs. It's too big and fat, sometimes I wish that I listen to myself not my stomatch.

A tip: if you eat at night, do not consume anything except unsweetened and milk-free herbal teas and/or black unsweetened coffee or regular tea for 16 hours after to allow the body to process it completely and not add it to your butt.

I’m allergic to strawberries,
I don’t have any popcorn in my house atm,
I can’t have yogurt because it makes me sick,
My parents don’t want me having weird powder smoothies,
I can’t have milk (lactose intolerant) I can’t have honey either,
I literally ran out of eggs today,
I can’t eat pumpkin seeds either (makes me itch a lot)
My parents don’t want me to eat protein bars,
I can’t eat blueberries either,
I don’t have carrots, and I only eat one type of hummus that we don’t have atm. WHAT NOW D:

Everything in the video was really great 👍
But, something’s wrong popcorn 🍿 is unhealthy . Why? Because the microwave popcorn can give you higher risk of cancer if you eat too much because of the the microwavable paper used.
It contains chemicals that can affect a persons’ body .

Overall this video was great and keep it up!
