Any tips on actual weight progression? I've been stuck doing 30-40 kgs for months, just to get the technique down. I think I have it pretty good at 30, but wobbly at 40. Do I just keep doing reps like these or should I push myself more? Perhaps just doing these drills with 50-60?

I recently felt like I improved my snatch slightly by starting my feet a bit wider than my clean and jerk (maybe 2-4" wider). It reduces how far they have to jump out. Is that common for snatch stance to be a bit wider than clean and jerk?
