Honestly I def love your videos! As a Taekwondo Student, I find your videos entertaining and sometimes, I get out from my sofa to try that one kick I saw from your vids, I laugh at some Martial Arts comedy shorts. You make my day :)

I been praticing martial arts since the age of 8 years old(now I'm 37 years young) and the best tip I can give is to pratice one tecnique per day every day in a week for two hour a day. you will see some results.

My instructor did said tip #3 and #5 several times. I'm definitely going to keep it in mind. I'm also going to start stretching when I have free time.
