As a human being lunch has always been the most awkward meal meal for me during the day. Many people that are trying to bulk may understand that feeling of not being hungry, yet having to force a meal down to hit a calorie goal.

For the longest time, I have played around with different meal preps, such as sandwiches and different burrito mixes, and couldn't find something good for the life of me. While I was frustrated and searching for more efficient meals, I discovered this super simple meal prep.

This meal contains really only 5 ingredients

4.5lbs Great Value Chicken Breast
22oz Great value Alfredo Sauce
375g Great Value Jasmine Rice
7 Servings Bird'es Eye California Blend Frozen Veggies
A little dab of olive oil

Total : $17.32 (or $2.48 - $3.47 per meal)

It is great for high calorie and low calorie focuses
900 calories with 95 grams of protein

What is so great about this chicken alfredo is it works for both sides of the dietary spectrum. For both people cutting and bulking, this meal is an absolute win all around.

My brother in Christ this is great! But please for the love of rice clean it first and use the fingertip Asian method for the water but love it keep it coming

Pls don’t use the plastic cutting board. Wash the rice and rinse
