If I could stress one point above all the others, this is not a diet... it is a change in your lifestyle that will change the directionof your health. If you go into this with that mindset. It will be sustainable. Weight loss is a nice benefit but think beyond that and see this as a change to make your life better, you won't quit, you won't want your life to be any different....

hello i have psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis from 20 years old, 28 years old. I already had a knee joint injury, at the age of 44 my skin was severely damaged, many of my joints were very difficult to move, everything hurt, polyarthritis started, depression and everything else. But thank God two years ago I discovered plant based food, I became vegan. 90% of my skin psoriasis is gone in two years, again I can play basketball, travel, , enjoy life. all this I did not use any medication, only nutrition, i am from Lithuania,

After LFWFPB for 15 days my blood sugar readings are now in non-diabetic range or pre-diabetic range even 2-5 hour's after eating.
I don't take medication for my diabetes.
I eat resistant rice and potato often

This was a great presentation. Terrific overview that covered all aspects of this type lifestyle of eating and it's benefits. New subscriber. I live in FL and am 67. I don't have diabetes and doctor said that I am not prediabetic or insulin resistant. I have a family history of heart disease, dementia, Alzheimer's, breast cancer and Parkinson's disease. Also, my blood pressure is super high and I am about 45 pounds over weight...have been sedentary since retiring in march 2021. Making a concerted effort to change my lifestyle, but am in fixed budget and small RV fridge. I had winter garden last year, which was great for greens. I look forward to watching your other content. This is excellent! I went whole food plant-exclusive and dropped 40 lbs, reversed my prediabetes, and my LDL dropped like a rock!📉 I’m so glad the word’s getting out! You’re saving lives!! 💚🌱

Thank you! I've been telling my diabetic boyfriend this and he always acts like he doesn't believe, but FINALLY I showed him someone legit who says that saturated fat is a big problem. He listened and said "bye!" and went outside to smoke. 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'm hoping he'll start making a few changes. ❤

Thank for letting us know that wfpb helped your macular degeneration. I was diagnosed with that also early stages in sept of last year. So I’ve also been taking the eye vitamins but I was super excited to hear that this food style has improved your eyes!!

I'm very happy to see this video and I also work for Spartanburg regional. I am a diabetic, diagnosed in 2018 I've lost a tremendous amount of weight but I'm now starting to gain the weight back. Hello! I am from Ontario, Canada and I found your website on Youtube. I have type 2 diabetes as well as Kidney disease and I am currently on dialysis 3 times per week. I need to loose weight but nothing is working. I do seated exercises and I walk as much as I can inside my home so my mobility is low. Do you think this kind of diet would help me or am I to far gone? Plus the kidney diet is the complete opposite of this kind so I am bit confused. Thank you so much for posting this, it seems like a good start.

Lol, I got told I was pre-diabetic with level at 6. I switched to plant based within 2 days. No milk or dairy for 6 weeks. Sugar level normal now.
