1. Cut out all animal products
2. Cut out oil (steam, bake, roast, air fry, or water sauté instead)
3. No processed foods (Whole Foods only)
4. At each meal fill each plate with starches(potatoes sweet potatoes, rice, pasta, quinoa, high quality bread) and any vegetables.
5. Find oil free recipes and have 3 go-to meals.

It’s the wee hours of Friday morning here in New Zealand, and I found your channel 2 days ago and subscribed. I am planning to start this on Monday, June 19. Hi. I am 60. It was suggested that being on a plant based diet would be helpful as I wean off a strong RX. A bit overwhelmed to make extra changes. My appetite is already poor.

My ex ate mustard sandwiches. When he was a child in the 70s, the school phoned his mother and inquired why there wasn’t any meat in his sandwich. She was so embarrassed that she made him bring meat everyday and told him she didn’t care if he threw it away, but it was going to be there for staff to see. 😂
