Dual boot Ubuntu and Windows on a dell laptop | Turn off RST

Ubuntu 20.04 installation on a flash drive for dual boot.

Dell SATA RAID firmware Linux AHCI

During installation I got "Turn off RST" message.
The problem was the SATA operation in the bios settings - Windows uses Raid on, Linux uses AHCI.
Luckily we can run Windows while using AHCI!

Perfect guide.

I carried this out on my Laptop which is an Acer (with Windows 10 Home pre-installed). I installed Ubuntu to disk (turning off RST in Bios - I had to press Ctrl+S in Bios for the option to switch to AHCI, and back again to RST, and then back again to AHCI).

Great video - follow the instructions.
