I followed your instructions with Ubuntu 22.04.3 and Windows 11 in December 2023 and it worked. I had to do both of those bcdedit commands. Good video, maybe get something to hold the camera pointed at the screen (tripod) but no matter, I got Ubuntu running dual boot with Windows 11 on my new AceMagician AM06PRO mini PC. I just checked that I can boot into both Windows and Ubuntu.

Hey people, just to let you know please don't enter the second command of the 'bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\ubuntu\grubx64.efi' this only makes your computer fails, now i can't start windows anymore and only in BIOS show the recovery mem from windows, not the real one, please don't enter that command

After the dual boot I'm able to run Ubuntu without any error, but, Windows OS is resulting in an error (automatic repair error)
Not sure what I did wrong. How do I fix this ?

I would like to warn people that "bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path \EFI\ubuntu\grubx64.efi" was fatal for my setup - which is Microsoft Surface Book 2 with Windows 11 Pro. This is suggested in the video. After that change, nothing worked any more. Grub did not show up and Windows 11 would not boot either, and my PC appeared genuinely dead. I had to create Windows 11 bootable USB on another machine. Standard Windows recovery routines failed to repair the situation. However, I was able to start live Windows 11 prompt (X:/) and from there I could see all disks. I started bcdedit there, and reverted
