These are really great tips on top of the previous related video!! The morning re-attachment tip really stood out to me especially as someone who likes to wonder and daydream lol. These are great! I used to do Eisenhower for projects at work but never thought to do that for day to day - definitely going to try that!

I also like the life batching - my husband and I designate days for when we’re responsible for dinner so when it’s not our day it’s out of our mind! And I find specific days for laundry, cleaning the bathroom etc really helpful too! X
