This Yoga practice done while sitting in a chair strengthens the legs, abdominal muscles, and lower back, and stretches the hips and hamstrings. Gentle enough for seniors and people with arthritis or limited mobility, and yet a good energizer for an afternoon pick-me-up at your desk!

Great videos and so easy to follow along. thank you. Some having a full hip replacement, it is difficult to get the leg lift to chest without pain but your showing these exercises slowly, it can be done. The exercises at minute 14 can be easily done lying in bed, and has helped unbelievably! Thanks so much.

Thank you Darcie for the chair yoga for lower body. I've been checking out various videos for seated yoga and especially like this one because how slow you are doing this. Sometimes yoga classes feel like they are going way too fast. Also like that this one is challenging yet gentle at the same time.
