The tips to get a perfect cheesecake are three:
- don't over-beat the batter, specially when you add eggs
- bake at low temperature and don't over-baking
- cool down gradually

You have to use 600 g of Cream Cheese, as you can read in the written recipe linked in the Description Box. I've made a mistake in the video when I've written 300 g! Enjoy it and let me know how it turns out! <3

Hi, just wanna say thank you! Mine also turned out to be very good, I followed your note regarding the 600g of creamcheese and it was sensational! The only difference for me was the consistency of the cake itself, it was more on the softer side which my family actually preferred. I also added one tablespoon of lemon juice for more acidity.

I made this last week and it was amazing. First time i made a cheesecake and it was the best cheesecake my boyfriend and i ever eaten! So creamy and perfect. Not too sweet not too dense juste perfection. I made the exact recipe exept for the cream cheese and the biscuit base. I converted 1 pound in grams and it gives me 500gr so i put that much in the mixture and choose to use speculos lotus biscuit for the base. I also made a salted caramel for the topping and it turn out perfect! Definately gonna save this recipe ! Thank you! ☺

This is really amazing! A lot of my friends love it! Just have issues with my oven temperature getting the top a bit dark on the 45mins window. I made it and it taste good. The cheese is not too creamy and overwhelming but it is still great. The amount of sugar is perfect and the zest contributes to complete the taste. Surprisingly the cake didn't crack at all.
