of course there are other movements that are great for glutes, but these three are some phenomenal exercises (and variations) that you can throw in and use WEEKLY. again you can mix it up with barbell, dumbbell, bodyweight, banded, single leg, b stance etc. There are great variations of these movements. but the fundamentals should always be in place if you want solid glute growth 👏
