I am overweight but have been dieting, walking 10k steps daily, and doing pushups 2 times a week(if i do more my shoulder joints hurt a lot) for the past 5 months. At the beginning I could not do 1 pushup, so had to use my knees, now I am at the point where I can do 15 pushups in a row, and then 5 throughout the day until I can do 40 total. My goal is to do 50 a day without resting, its tough for me, as I am in my 50s and still overweight but I have definitely seen the difference. From nothing to 15 in a row for me its like wow, 50 here I come!

I'm 14 years old and have been doing pushups everyday with 2-3 rest days (3 sets of 33 reps with 4 minutes rest between each set) for half a year since I was 13. And the results are amazing, your whole upper body pops out, it makes you look big, and my strength has improved a lot. I absolutely recommend doing this!

I do around 400 pushups per day, 6 days a week, keeping Sunday as rest day. As a guy who don't have time to go to a gym, everywhere I go, people assume I train hard in a gym because of my posture and muscle mass. I started doing 100 pushups day for 100 days as a challenge called "100 days in hell". After seeing results after 100 days, I was surprised with results and wanted to keep going and improving. As for today, May 30th 2023 I do
• Normal pushups (25x4)
• Inclined pushups (25x4)
• Declined pushups (25x4)
• Wide should pushups (20x4)
• Diamond pushups (10x4)
Before all that I do 25 Knuckles as warmup.
Give it a try lads. Start simple. Do 20 pushups in morning, do another 20 at night. Slowly improve week after week, month after month. It will do miracles to your body and your mind. I challenge you! Yes you! You to participate in "100 days in hell" challenge! 100 pushups for next 100 days! NO EXCUSES!

Even on rest days, I do at least 30-50 pushups depending on what muscle group I worked on the day before. It's helped me increase my pullup reps as well. Definitely the most important bodyweight exercise ever.

Been doing 80-100 pushups each day for last 100 days. Things go stagnant after a while. You need more to do than just pushing yourself up.

When I was 16 I started doing pushups everyday, increasing the number of series and number of pushups for each serie gradually. At 19 years old I ended up doing 11 series of 35 pushups each one, so 385 everyday. The chest, lats and triceps looked very good and I got a good V-shaped upper body. However, I remember feeling my muscles tired every day and the biceps and forearm weren't very developed. I think is necesary to combine pushups with other exercises and have some rest days to see better results.

I've been doing 100 pushups everyday to add to my routine with 100 sit-ups 100 squats and a 10km run. I definitely been feeling stronger but I also have been losing a lot of my hair because of it..

I used to do 4 sets of 70-100 push ups, 4 sets of 100 sit ups and 4 sets of 50-100 squats every day for 6 months, and let me tell you, nothing really supernatural happens other than I never feel tired, play sports often and have never gotten injured, so daily exercise can really impact your life, you dont need suplements, I lived in a poor country and there was never too much food. True story.

This video is 100% correct, I began doing this since the lockdowns of 2020 and it's made a huge difference. Actually, on some days, I went as high at 150. Here's what I do. I do anywhere from 25 to 30 then stop for about 30 to 60 seconds; then do another set of the same number. But the minimum, time permitting, I do is 50. But there are a number of different ways guys can do it and have the same results. They are all good. I used to be very into bodybuilding when I was younger, and I completely missed doing simple pushups could be so effective.
But pushups work everything; your chest, arms, forearms, shoulders, neck muscles, back, etc.

I have been doing daily press ups and sit ups for 42 years. It is a part of my day, whatever I've been doing or wherever i am. I feel they have given me a core foundation to the other sports i have done over the years. I have a few more aches and pains now, but like to think that im still in pretty good shape even though being in my 60s. The key to anything in sticking to it. Decide on something that you can do everyday and which will work into your life - then stick to it.

Im 40 and have been doing 60 to 100 pushups each day (also 30 min intermediate yoga practice and have recently added in an intense 10 min ab workout) for the last roughly 30 days. It has completely transformed the shape of my body in just 30 days. I still have lots i want to work on but if you want a relatively quick challenge that will absolutely spark new motivation through tangible results this is it.

My routine is 5 sets of 20 pushups throughout the day. Just drop and bang out 20 pushups whenever you remember until you hit your goal. My plan is to build from here with increasingly difficult and more advanced callisthenics.

been doing at least 50 push-ups everyday since mid May, upped it 80 now, adding 30 in burpees, have noticed some improvements personally in my forearms and triceps and started making most of the reps slow for more concentration of the upper body muscles groups, delts, back, biceps and triceps. Would highly recommend, you can start with 20-30 daily (split the reps), a while ago, couldnt do 10 at once.

...66 years old here. I do 66 push-ups every other day (3 sets of 22) along with 60 hanging bar leg lifts (3 sets of 20-25), and (3) sets of pull ups. I also make sure I walk or trot 5-10 miles per day. The most I walked in one day was 15 miles. Sounds crazy but true.

I’ve actually been doing 50 pushups a day for the past month and the results are absolutely amazing especially in strength and endurance, my chest has enlarged but my arms remain relatively the same size

Edit: I’m now doing 100 pushups a day, definitely more effective and my triceps are getting huge

Im doing 100+ push ups almost every day for a month now or so and I feel more fit, disciplined, healthier and stronger I feel like I’m a better person than before and I can recommend it but make sure to get some rest days like every 2 or 3 days so your muscles get time to regenerate and grow
