Breathing exercises are no joke! Through consistent training and understanding the science of how our lungs work, I was able to complete multiple 4 minute static holds! Our lungs play a vital role in longevity, so in this video, I share exactly how to increase your lung capacity and extend your breath holds! Enjoy!

I created a Youtube playlist with a breathing coach to help increase your carbon dioxide tolerance and oxygen uptake levels.

Every breath you take resets the timer... I wish I could make it past 2 minutes ❤. I already notice I breath less than others.

Can't find the video with the 4:05 breathhold, where is it? Is it a segment in one of your long videos? And if so, which one and when does it start in the video?

I am gonna try the %80 percent but I dont know how can I do it, I guess I have to feel my lungs/chest muscles perfectly. However if you are freediving it could be a better idea to start with %100 because your lungs are going to start shrinking immediately and you will be using some of the air for equalization, so your chest muscles could be more relaxed compared to out of water breath hold. I am not sure of course, i am not an expert on this subject.... yet...

the most important part is not to go 100% which i did and didn't know why my breath holds sucked so bad lol
