I used to play using a knuckled closed bridge and a 3-spread grounded closed bridge nowi play using a 3-spread grounded open bridge.

Oh, I use closed bridge. I just don’t have my pinky out. 😅 Maybe I should that though if like my shot is at an uncomfortable angle.
