Mam apki har video boht informative hai but apko weight loss ki baat karne time products ke bare mein bhi kuch share karna chahiye jaise kuch log dieting vagera nahi kar pate to unke liye grassy life boht effective hai and kuch logo ka budget kam hota hai to ayurslim bhi achi option hai halka slow still nice .. so that har insan ka case apki video mein cover ho sake because har insan ke liye time par khana possible nahi and apko weight gain par bhi aur videos jrur publish karni chahiye 🙏🏻 hamara bhi weight loss ke related ye channel hai and ham apse boht kuch seekhte hai mam, please hamari suggestion ko bad way mein mat lijiyega 😇

Mam in diet plans ke lene ke liye aap mujhe money transfer kar dijiye itne paisa nhi hai hamare paas ki hum har din ye sab alag alag chize khaaye....Please sab middle class family ki problem samjh kar kuch sasta sasta diet chart provide kariye...And itna time kisko milta hai ye sab khane ka Mrng me office chale jaate hai shaam ko 6 baje ghar aake 8 baje tak dinner karke fir same routine daily ka hota hai but fir bhi mote hai 😔 Kuch btaiye pls aap (Timing Ka) 😢
