I get your point about 2 bell exercises building more muscle, but I just can't do much volume with 2 bell exercises bc it fatigues my core so much. I am training with bells since 4 years and am overall advanced level but my core has been historically weak. (not that I dont train it, even do kickboxing+mma)right now even its the limiting point for todays training as the core just gets the biggest load of my daily kettlebell full body workouts. I want to build maximal muscle rigt now and am a bit confused. Great content as always.
example: I can do thrusters with one 40Kg bell, where I alternate the side each reps for a total of 10 reps(5 per side)
When doing thruster with two 32kg bells, I can only do like 5 reps total. That doesnt build more shoulder, upper back muscles for me so far, although I incorporate it.

So what do you mean by heavy. Just been starting out and up to 35-44 for pressses would two 35 or 45 work. I do have a 53 but use it for swings and rows at the moment . Thanks

I can snatch and clean and press with one bell fine. Two and my mobility becomes an issue, I compensate and get a sore back. Any tips to improve?
