Have you ever noticed that your muscles feel tighter when the temperature turns cooler? Why does this cause muscle pain and even spasms?

This explanation makes perfect sense. I have extreme pain in my lower back, lower abs, thighs and pelvic area when exposed to cold weather. In my early 20ies I even avoided going on a week long skiing trip to Austria with my friends due to this problem. After a while of exposure in the cold my muscles often starts to spasm. On the contrary, when I have visited places like Egypt, Israel and the Canary Islands where the weather is dry and warm, I have been feeling a bit more relief.

Does this apply when you’re in a warm climate and you find your legs get painful when at night you use air conditioners or fans??🤔

Makes a lot of sense! So we should continue to use a foam roller and heat, correct?

Today the weather was quite cold. Sometimes when it's cold, there is pain in my extremities, or say muscle pain or sharp pain in my body. And sometimes the pain become so severe that i had to take anti-biotics which is of course recommended by doctor. After that i get okey. And it also happens when I get cold/common cold, that my body go through the same thing, pain in muscles. I could never fully understand what's wrong with my body.
