One quick way to increase circulation is by doing a gentle “health bounce” on a rebounder/mini-trampoline. You only need to bounce an inch or two in the air to get the benefits, which lessens impact on joints.

Oh aren't we the peanut gallery over here. He's trying to help and for those not clear, (and he probably should've worded it differently) NOT strenuous exercise. Just move, stay in motion, for chronic pain. Gentle movements, gentle exercises, without weights. Stretch, purposefully walking. Get enough GOOD sleep. 💜n

The best thing I have practiced is, 24 hour fast and going to get a workout . Then reintroduce plain food like quinoa, avoid things that cause inflammation such as seed oils/ sugar / processed flour. Remember less is more, especially when it comes to food and the ingredients in the foods your eating

What’s the next best way to get rid of inflammation because I can’t exercise due to my back pain, so that’s not an option.

I can attest to this. Whenever I need to bring my inflammation way down after a weekend of shitty food and drinks I go straight to the gym or a run, and it’s a painkiller straight after 👍🏻

First of what kind of experience? Cardio raises your cortisol. Lifting weights lowers your cortisol. Running on a treadmill will never help you lose weight but weights will.
Video not efficient.
