Change an equation from Standard Form to Slope Intercept Form (y=mx+b)

The equation of a straight line is most often written as y=mx+b. The y tells you how far up on the graph, the m is the slope, the x is how far out, and the b tells you the y-intercept.
Sometimes you need to convert an equation into this form so you can easily see the equation of a line.
In this video, I change two equations into the slope-intercept form.
This video goes along with the Georgia Math Standard
"MGSE8.F.3 Interpret the equation y = mx + b as defining a linear function, whose graph is a straight line; give examples of functions that are not linear."
