I feel better when i eat everything i.e. rice, wheat and millets. Best for me is bazra. I cannot just remain only on millets. I need all. Some Millet have high fibre and can cause constipation to some they must eat lot of ghee with millets.

We eat unpolished brown rice as well as millet. Quinoa is also an excellent grain. We alternate between these three grains.

What da whatnow… are you telling us to stop eating basmati rice… NEVER EVER NEVER MR SG… I wash my rice thoroughly before cooking… I season it well… I add sweet almond oil then bobs your unk & Fannie’s your mums cousins sister… I’m good to go… I love rice… I was birthed on the stuff… I eat no other carbs… it’s my go to thing… I’m addicted to basmati rice (Tilda only) I have it as an accompaniment to everything… you don’t know til you’ve tried my rice… it’s legendary stuff round my ends hahah… yeh.. basmati over every and all things bubba ;)’

In Europe, we use buckwheat as an alternative to disease-causing wheat.

Wheat also contains too many heavy metals and chemicals so it's a NONO.

one thing i hate about traveling is i am force to eat unhealthy food dairy, soda, gosh no stevia and 4 legged meat.. i d.rather stay in few places than travel many places and eat garbage.. food is the most basic way to enlightenmen, .even more important than pranayama and hatha

TO DISAGREE PEOPLE::::😂 this is the first generation who are depending only on rice or wheat, and this the first generation who are consuming more medicines, and this the first generation who had at least one chronic ailments to every house, especially in urban areas 😂, , better life next time to you, body is not same for everyone. May you have healthy body, but some people are suffering with lack of nutrients, millet is the only source which can provide all nutrients in affordable price. And it is also balances ecological inbalance in nature 🙏🌌🌅
