While I didn't understand everything you shared, it was enough to help put me on the right track to feeling better. I ordered some methylated B-vitamins, and will look into buying some beef liver to eat throughout my week. I've suffered from all these symptoms my entire life and no one has said anything about this to me. I recently had my thyroid and parathyroid removed, it sounds like I could possibly have saved them via some nutrients. I would like to get up in the morning and not be exhausted. This made so much sense. I have had genetic testing and I have those markers. I take have yo take Methyolated B12 and I don't absorb nutrients in m6 foods. It may be due to using birth control for over 30 years, which makes so much sense. Thank you for these videos and for all the years of them!

So I have this problem, confirmed with a Dr and testing. There was a lot here you covered Dr Axe. I probably need to rewatch it again to understand all the science. I take your liver supplement and I do feel like it is helping me. Also I take pure encapsulations vitamins and they help me so much - I notice a big difference!

I am 78 and you are describing my whole life, every single issue that I have. I have a nickel allergy and almost everyone of those foods you listed (the vegetables) are high in nickel. Back in 1975 my dad ate liver for a meal. It triggered something that he felt immediately. He died of cancer within less than a year. In my opinion you have to eat for your blood type.

I believe I could have a methylation disorder but years ago when I had chronic fatigue syndrome, my holistic doctor gave me methyl B12, and I was never sicker in my life. All I remember is my head felt very strange and I was salivating a lot. It was really really awful. I've avoided methylated vitamins ever since

Love my nonfortified nutritional yeast - must supplement B12 as it is not present in the nonfortified form.

I found out that I have 2 MTHFR. One causes polycystic syndrome, spinal bifidina and all kinds of mental illness. The 2nd affects the heart. Regular MD don't know about MTHFR. I went to a natural path when I found out. I also don't process the B vitamins.
