I grind 30g (dose to reduce BP) with cacao. I add water and let soak for 10 minutes. It then has a pudding consistency. I add Amla powder and raw honey.

Best and easiest way to eat seeds are soak chia seed, flax seed, pumpkin seed and sunflower seed in water at night and blend all those seeds in morning by adding somewater to make it thin and add honey also for better taste and drink it.
