watched this 3 months ago when i was at my lowest, couldn't focus on my studies, procrastinated a lot despite my exams approaching in like 2 days but after this i made a plan. i decided i wanted to change, i immediately made a new pinterest account and in it a board titled "academia" and made a spotify playlsit for study motivation which i listen to in the morning. this helped me so drastically that i was able to study 6 hours a day, feel productive, by the end of 2 months i developed discipline and have been doing a little morning yoga as i wake up and i feel refreshed. i remember thinking what mightve become of me if i hadnt stumbled across this video thank you so much for this eye opener !

Edit 2 : my six months finished around 2 months ago today and oh my god I actually can't believe the results! I scored 84/100 in my final exams and I am waiting to get accepted into my dream college and besides that I journal everyday, have a developed a skincare routine and am more active physically and workout through YouTube videos. My mental health is thriving and I am glowing from the inside out. Thank you so much for this video. You literally saved my life. Thanks to this video I am a little closer to becoming my dream person! I literally went from someone who failed almost all her classes to actually coming out stronger than ever. I was such a mess when I was watching this for the first time. I remember crying so much as I wrote the dream person I wanted to become because it felt so unfamiliar and I never thought I'd get there. I can say that this video literally saved my life in all the ways possible and I am so glad that I stumbled across this channel. Thank you so much for this. Sending you lots of positive energy !?

👏🏽 Loved the idea of healing your relationship with money because you can have the strategy but without the healing and the right mindset, there will be no change. For example, we all know to lose attic have to exercise and diet but is it that easy? NO! You’d need to heal your relationship with food, understand your eating habits, why you struggle with will power when it comes to exercise. Healing and Mindset 🙌🏽

Thanks Erin 🙏🏼 I feel like I’m entering a new phase in my life. For the first time I have jobs that are paying me enough to reach my financial goals. All of a sudden, those goals become more tangible and it feels so freakin incredible!! But I don’t wanna loose that momentum and your video makes me think of ways I could help myself stay on track 🤍 Something that came to my mind is that for step #3, in the light of where I wanna be in 6 months, I could list 3 things: something I could start doing (or do differently), something I could stop doing, and something I could keep doing. Then once I feel I mastered these 3 things, I’ll select 3 new actions to focus on. And I’ll repeat that process until the end ✨

I can definitely relate to making a playlist to feel motivated. I think I have a playlist for different moods and I definitely have a playlist to feel powerful, like I can do anything.

Omg Erin I just stumbled on this video because it was recommended on my Youtube home page and I FEEL LIKE WE NEED TO CONNECT! My jaw almost dropped when you went through the steps, because I am doing like THE EXACT SAME. My vibe is ALL about the "healthy successful beach woman lifestyle" (which my business and social media is built around as well) and I spend time on my Pinterest board called.. you guessed it "healthy successful beach woman" pinning and visualizing every.single.day NO EXCEPTION (it has over 10k pins now haha), as well as listening to my "endless summer" playlist every day! I am going to DM you right now because gosh I just LOVE your energy!!
