Thank you Michelle...I also incorporate drop sets (barbell curls with 40 pounds for8-10 reps, then reduce the weight to 20 pounds for 10-15 reps. Then go back up to higher weight/40 pounds and then lower weight/20 pounds).

I love to see a video about reps and rest times. Also is it better to supersets or compound exercises? Or what are the different benefits?

What about 6-8 reps at a heavy weight? I saw an article being like Hiit, I'm stuck between a superset 8 week program vs a descending set 6-8 rep heavies for 8-12 week

Thank you for this! I’ve been doing a full body compound workout (at home with dumbbells) 2x a week for a few months now. I’ve definitely built muscle and gained strength. It’s probably time to change up my program. Do you recommend supersets as my next program? My goal is to continue building muscle and lose fat. I’ve been trying to do a body recomp, but I feel like it’s not going as well as I’d hoped in that I had hoped to see more fat loss by now.

Supersets don’t help with fat loss. Supersets only fatigue you and are only supposed to save time. if anything, burn less calories than you would with normal sets.

If you want to lose weight, stick to a workout plan, be in a caloric deficit and track your calories. You will drop 2 pounds a week easily.
