I used to eat a carb diet. I could only run 1 mile and I'd have all kinds of joint pain for a week afterwords. My arthritis was terrible. My left knee and right hip was bad! I started the Keto Diet and intermittent fasting and one month ago I ran 100 miles in 4 days. I did a carb cycle when I ran however if I do a carb cycle for too long of a period my body does start to fall apart again

I’m doing the 18-6 intermittent fasting only consuming no more than 10 carbs a day in my 6 hours eating window and I lost 60 pounds in 7 weeks, I feel like in my 20s and looking forward to reverse AFib. Not one episode of AFib in those 7 weeks.

What he says has merit, but I’m not sold that low carb is not the best way to go

there is NO such thing as an essential carbohydrate. Fat and protein are both essential. This guy is spreading misinformation.
