I've been dealing with this for 2 years. The pain is worse than having children.
And we all know there's nothing but opiates which I won't touch. In 2 months I get a new hip. I am so lucky to be born in these days.

I finally was diagnosed with DDD and at least one bone spur (I think I have another in my left knee) after 5 years of asking for help from pain!! My primary doctor told me she didn’t have to order anything she didn’t deem as necessary and she didn’t deem it necessary with my family history and pain…. I had to see something like 5 other medical providers after her to get help and she was my primary doctor… I lost all faith in the medical field and I have gotten some back but I believe she needs to be reprimanded for making at least one patient struggle through pain and obstacles for 5 years.

I have been diagnosed with AS by two doctors and my neck X-ray looks like my disc’s are gone? I get a lot of clicking and popping, pins and needles in my left hand and burning nerve pain, sleeping is hard . This year I’ve had really bad pain in my ribs especially around my sternum! My lower back has spina bifida acculta .

With those symptoms, I've also had what you call in the medical terms as 'hot head'. I'd heat up the pillow so much when sleeping, I would awake with nausea due to the intense heat. Also the bones from my thighs and hip would start to poke hard into the meaty parts of my muscles, causing me to immediately sit down. Also, had what it felt like a butcher's knife was in my back with a strong acid sensation on the injured area. The sciatica with very intense. From range 0 to 10, a 9. It rotated as I walked, from buttocks to anterior part of leg to posterior part of the leg

Your video focused on the lumbar where as my pain and discomfort is from cervical degeneration. My arm pain is causing me to loose sleep, house cleaning such as dishes, vacuuming and mopping cause tremendous pain extending down to my wrist and middle two fingers. I am also having pain and discomfort from looking up or reaching up, I am eating 16 200mg Advil everyday as well as 6 muscle relaxers but I am still in pain.

I have been dealing with this since I was 28 years old due to trauma. Now on medications, physio therapy, plus I've incorporated the use of hot and cold compress. I had to relearn how to live and treat my new body with its limitations. Miss kick boxing but I believe I'll try yoga. Thanks for this simple explanation.

I'm 32 yrs. Started this leg pain @ 15yrs. Now i have severe pain in right leg, right side of the lumbar area. I can't bend forward. What should do and not to do?
