I've found that taking omega 3, 6, 9 oil supplements daily has helped with a lot of the inflammation related pains. Takes a few weeks for the natural anti-inflammatory process to kick in with the oils, but once it does, it's great. This is a natural approach i've been taking for years for my back pain.

I was told that i have DDD when I finally sought medical attention for irritating lumber discomfort
that I have had for years. Got the x-ray, got an explanation and was offered and accepted injections
that did nothing. What I did get was that's it nothing more we can do, no follow up no offer of
physical therapy nothing which I find frustrating as I've been paying my taxes for 38 yrs now.

I need to get an understanding of what’s going on physically inside of my neck. It feels like I’m hitting something inside my head so that I can’t look up correctly. I wonder if it’s bone on bone. But then it makes me wonder why sometimes it gets better? If I am missing fluid there, how is it possible that sometimes it’s just OK? I mean never back to 100%. It hasn’t been 100% for five years. But the weird thing is it just happened suddenly one day. Five years ago I was doing shoulder exercises. Then the next day, it happened. There wasn’t a problem before that day. Now it’s never been the same. You would think there would be an easy one day fix just like there was a one day thing that caused the issue

12 yrs and going since age 27, doesnt seem short lived to me, I dont get better with movment or exercise. Repetition movement aggravates. My symptoms.burning, stinging. Throbbing heat. From lumbar to toes, no tingling or number except in the scapula's, I have separated my acromioclavicular (AC) joint in right shoulder was lucky didnt need surgery, this was a trauma injury arm in a sling for about 12 weeks. Thought this would give the most grief. Nope, Its my lumbarsacal region and legs and feet.

I have DDD, Arthritis, Schnorls nodes, and a ton of other problems. I would do anything for some relief but I'm told nothing will help me. I have a wife and kids but this constant pain speaks the loudest and I'm ready to end it all if I cant get help. I'm sure my military service contributed to it a couple decades ago. No proof though!

Another thing is the role of infections in affecting the joints. This is an area of little study, but more us know about it in Asia. Hate to criticise the US, but the way the system is set up, is to gain profit by managing patients rather than curing them. Most physical therapy places have high school students who don't even know how to wipe their noses. Sure there are some good places, but only if one is rich

This video is not true, very false, and missleading Listen up, because if gravity, there is always pressure on the spine. Physical therapy practiced conventionally does not prepare the spine for daily activities, it only provides temporary relief, then once you go out into the real world you get injure again. The best way is to strengthen the muscles, without aggravating the discs.Bands, isometrics, even high rep light weights go a long way. But the most valuable exercises are core strengthening, in a systematic way to continually build their strength.
