Hey AKSHAY ;I am a doctor. I genuinely appreciate and congratulate to bust many of the myths of the health aspects.
I highly appreciate that u told straightforward about the dirty money makers in terms of FANCY NAMES in health sector like celebrity training + those slimming centres or other marketing gimmicks .
I know because people came to hospitals to lose weight by either medication or bariatric surgery or in terms of so called healthy lifestyle or influenced by modernisation taking health juices as u also indirectly mentioned in your videos☺️☺️☺️🤔

Sir, first of all great information. I am 35 years old and in my experience if I walk casually not with very high pace I cover about 4.5 to about 5 km. So according to your analysis if someone just casually walk he should manage to walk 1.5 hours daily and it could be divided in sessions. In morning half hour, while working and in evenings half hour. I think 10000 steps are manageable for average working person. Much respect from Pakistan🇵🇰

I have been walking 10000 steps in 1 hours 20 minutes. Also I play 1 hour badminton daily. Have been following this routine from last 3 months. It feels awesome

This is really great information, example if my maintenance calories is 2200 and I walk 10k step and some high intensity work out at home so total I able to burn 600 to 700 calories so I no need to cut my maintance calories.

In 2019 April my weight was 90.5 kg and I started walking 12-14km regularly and in December my body weight was 67-69 and now in August 2021 my body weight is 69 and I regularly walking around 10km . It helps to maintain my weight ☺️

I am doing a brisk walk sir for 45 minutes in the morning touch 7500 steps in the morning and immediately doing exercises for 20 minutes, and sir After lunch 1500 steps of walk and after dinner 1500 steps by walk, sir is good for reducing fatty liver, sugar, over all is it good for the health, I am touching 50, and doing these things from last 15 years,

I need some information about if not 10, 000 step. Then what can be equivalent? Aerobics? Cycling? Gymming? Any other activity and for how long to achieve the effects of 10, 000 steps per day. Please help me with this query.

I don't eat any packed foods or junk food.. I just eat ghar ka khana (no oil on very less oil) mostly daal, chicken, chana, vegetables, (beef sometimes.)I eat curry(non veg /veg)without roti or chawal and sometimes with chawal/roti.. If I am eating roti i will take 2 rotis and if chawal then 1 katori....it fluctuates between 700 to 800 calories per day.. I drink milk tea with sugar but sometimes(like once in a week)for my sugar cravings I eat dates or fruits (limited)... I walk 10000 steps in a day... I do all household Am I in the right direction????

I walk about 8 km each day ( 10 k steps), however one needs to control calorie intake as well --- I keep an excel spread sheet and update it on a daily basis, since my weight is already normal ( 70.55 kg, Height 172.00 cm), I don't have an issue with my BMI. The benefits of this walk are it keeps me charged for the full day, good and peaceful 6 / 7 hours of sleep, improved concentration and so on. Good luck and keep at it, one day at a time.
